We will also erect our For Sale board at your property.
Other marketing tools we will consider when assessing your property are, video and drone tours. We constantly look for new trends in the market, and review the latest technologies available at our disposable to see if they may benefit our clients, and the marketing of their properties.
We will keep in constant communication with you, informing you of progress, and giving feedback on viewings. You will benefit from having a single point of contact throughout the process, ensuring you are fully aware of your properties status.
Once we have secured a purchaser, we will continue to monitor progress advising as to timings of surveys, progress by solicitors and scheduled dates for exchange of contracts and completion.
