
Although property prices fell in Northern Ireland in the first Quarter of 2017 (January –March) according to the Land & Property Services assisted by the Northern
Ireland Statistics & Research Agency. There is still good news on the horizon:
·Between Q1 2016 and Q1 2017 the house price index increased by 4.4%
·4379 Residential Properties were sold during Q1 2017
·The average price for Northern Ireland as a whole is £127,007
